The goal is to destroy the enemy units with all you have - defensive towers and superweapons, and of course your brain - before they can leave the map. The enemies appear in 20 waves and if more than 20 enemies could escape the map you are defeated (except the training map). After these 20 waves you have a battle with the endbosses. If only ONE of them can escape you'll also lose.
